Terms of Service

Please read the following conditions carefully,
by commissioning me you automatically accept them:i always reserve the right to decline the commission for any reason.

*I'm still learning so I might not accept the commission if I don't think I can do it well

Payment

  • I take payment in euros

  • I offer my commissions though Kofi or directly through PayPal invoice

  • The payment is 100% upfront

Changes
Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

  • I retain the right to deny any change or ask for an additional fee.

  • You can modify your commission at any time before payment. After payment and before I start the commission you can only upgrade it or add elements by paying the additional fee. After I have started working on the commission you can only ask for minor changes.

  • I will send you progress updates for the rough sketch, the final sketch/lineart, flat colors and rendering. You can only ask for major changes in the rough sketch

  • .

Refunds

  • You cannot request a refund once I've started working on your commission. You will be notified as soon as I start.

  • If you ask for a refund before I've started the commission I will be keeping 25% of the original price to make up for refund fees and to avoid scams.

  • You can ask for a full refund if the art hasn’t been provided after five months. This countdown starts from the day of the payment, not the day of the request.

  • I reserve the right to cancel any order if the commissioner shows abusive behavior or harasses me. I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.

References

  • You must provide a visual reference of your character. Game screenshots are allowed but they have to be clear and well lit. If the reference is not detailed enough or if you want to change the design I will apply a design fee.

  • AI is not allowed to be used as a reference.

  • You can provide references for complex frames. If you don't, I will come up with a design.

Posting

  • You are allowed to post the watermarked final piece on any platform as long as you give me proper credit. You are allowed to post progress too under the same conditions.

  • You cannot claim the art as your own.

Legal information

  • My art/designs cannot be used for NFTs.

  • My art/designs cannot be used to train AI or for AI “art”.

  • My art/designs cannot be sold or used for profit. I own the commercial rights of the piece.

  • Reach out to me for commercial works or to purchase the commercial rights of a piece.

  • I retain the rights to post wips, speedpaints and the final product.

  • I retain the right to use the artwork in promotional material, commission examples and such.

  • You can ask me to keep your commission secret, this has to be discussed before payment.
